Am I eligible for a refund?
  • 1. If you booked with Etihad Airways using a credit card, enter your booking reference below to check whether you’re eligible for a refund. Otherwise, call us or your travel agent for more information.
  • 2. Your refund amount depends on your fare type and whether you’ve flown any part of your journey. Fees and charges may apply.
  • 3. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all direct bookings with Etihad Airways.
How to request a refund

You can request a refund up to four hours before your flight, otherwise a no-show fee will be applied. If you’re eligible, find out how to request a refund below or in our modification guide.
